Painting Competition

The Club is running a Painting Competition – First Prize £1000

The subject of the paintings must be one of two yachting “themes” described in the information pack.

The paintings will be judged by a panel of three people and the winner will receive a prize of £1000.  The winning painting will thereafter be owned by the Club and displayed in the clubhouse.

Three paintings may be entered per person for one fee of £20.

Paintings entered must be sent or delivered to the Club by mid-day on Wednesday 17th October 2012.

Artists who enter the competition, excluding the winner, are invited to sell their paintings at a showcase in the clubhouse in November.  The artist decides the selling price.

Entrants must be 16 years or over.
